For Retreats and Trainings, the guest pays lankaspirit only its 10% booking fee through our own checkout; the remaining balance is paid straight to you, off-platform. We never touch that part.
The 10% booking fee still applies if that booking happens within 12 months of a lankaspirit-introduced lead — standard practice for retreat marketplaces, and part of what you agree to when you list.
