Set among tea estates on the edge of Ella, Mistvale leans into the town's cooler climate and slower pace — mornings built around meditation and gentle vinyasa rather than the more physical, heat-driven practice you'll find on the coast. Small groups, wraparound valley views, and a program designed for people who want stillness as much as movement.
